Jody Hancock

Head Coach jody@jhancockrealestateservices.com

Jody H. Hancock is the President of the Charleston Shockers Organization and has been involved with coaching youth and High School age athletes for more than 20 years. Jody attended Stratford High School in Goose Creek SC where he was a 3 year letterman in baseball. After High School he attended Francis Marion University and earned a degree in Education and Coaching. He is currently the owner of J. Hancock Real Estate in Charleston SC, but impacting others through coaching is his greatest motivation. After spending 5 years working at the recreation and travel ball level, Jody saw a huge gap in the development of softball players in the Charleston area. That is when the Charleston Shockers were formed.

His focus is to give back to the youth and create an opportunity for them to chase their dreams both on and off the field, to instill life skills to help them become leaders in their community, and to give them the specific tools and skills to be competitive athletes and reach their potential.
