Leonard Moore, better known as Coach Lenny, is a 16-year Naval Veteran that’s been coaching for the last 4 years. After playing 14 seasons of baseball in the Hampton Roads Adult Baseball Association League as an outfielder in Norfolk Virginia he returned to Charleston and decided to team up with Jody Hancock to provide better opportunities for fastpitch players to improve in the Charleston Area. He is passionate about the Shocker Program, and about every player he coaches. A player and parent favorite, his energy and genuine love for the game impacts every player that he encounters. He was recently hired to coach and help develop players at James Island Charter High School.




Tiffany Johnson-Gunn

Tiffany Johnson-Gunn has been involved in coaching and playing youth, high school, and collegiate softball for more than 35 years. She was a three-sport athlete at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, SC, a ten-time varsity letter winner, awarded all-region honors in softball and basketball for the Vikings, and won four 4A regional titles and one 4A state title as a center fielder. She committed as a Junior and was awarded a full scholarship to play basketball and softball at University of North Carolina - Wilmington from 1992-1995. After graduating she started her real estate career while continuing to pursue her softball passion and served as a coach at her Alma Mater. She lead the Lady Vikings JV softball team to a winning season. She has spent the last 5 years coaching 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U Travel and middle school teams, and she is currently the Head Varsity Softball Coach at West Ashley High School.

Her purpose for coaching is to give back and to create an environment where the girls not only become great softball players but great students and community leaders.
